LIZDAV 2019 GRADUATION PARTY

The 2019 graduation party of the school held on July, 30th 2019 at the school's sport arena, the event started at about 10.00 am and lasted till 5.00 pm. It was an even full of fun, laughter, and tears of Joy, watching the graduands receiving their awards and certificates, as presented by the dignitaries there present.

The graduation party saw over 400 pupils/students graduating from different classes ranging from:
Early Years, Pre-Nursery, Primary Six (6), Junior secondary school 3, and the Senior Secondary school 3 to the larger society of higher learning.

Events for the day include:
* Beauty Pageant (Mr & Miss Lizdav 2019) 
* Cultural Dance
* Talk Show
* Science and Art Exhibitions
* Debate and News Presentations etc.

LIZDAV VALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION

February 14 of every year is known round the world as the St. Valentine's day, a day set aside to keep the memory of the great Saint alive for his contribution towards love and humanity, as Valentines was a Roman Priest who defiled the Roman Empire decree that the young men will rather be enlisted into the army rather than get married, but he will prefer to marry them (the young men) and their loved ones secretly. And when he was caught, Valentines was tortured and Martyred for love, hence it necessitated this day be dedicated to him to keep a constant reminder that love conquers all. The St. Valentines day has become a global day set aside to celebrate love and humanity, and as such, LIZDAV Academy was not left out in the marking of such a great day.
